Our Business Builder package allows tenants that have been in business for less than 18 months to grow in to the full lease rate of their private suite over a 2 year period.
What this means?
- You sign a 2 year lease for your desired private suite.
- Your rent starts out at a lower, discounted rate and gradually increases monthly until the lease rate of that room is fully realized at month 24.
- You still get all the perks of being a full paying tenant (see below).
- Your rent will not increase 3% at the beginning of year 2.
